A list of autoimmune disorders and Australian resources
Whether common or rare, autoimmune disorders tend to have a comprehensive network of support organizations which range from registered charities, to funded research bodies, and patient support groups. These present excellent resources to better understand the nature of the disorder(s), current state of knowledge and shared lived experiences. It is impossible to cover a full breadth of the resources available due to the sheer volume and changes in classification, however this section should give a good starting point to comprehend the diversity of illnesses, co-morbidities and support structures.
